Please remember: All medications MUST be brought in by the Parent/Guardian. Students are not allowed to transport medications to school. All medications MUST have a prescription label by the pharmacy. This includes OTC medications.Medication order forms must be signed by ordering Physician and Parent/Guardian and dated after June 1, 2026. Medication order forms can be found on the parish website under departments, school nurse services: https://www.tangischools.org/departments/school-nurse-services.  If a student’s medication is not received by the school nurse at the beginning of the year medication intake session, please contact the school to schedule an appointment with the school nurse for medication intake.
