Majority to Minority Transfers are now open. Click here to access the application to be turned in no later than April 2, 2026! A Majority-to-Minority (M-to-M) transfer allows a student in grades kindergarten through 12 whose race is in the majority at his or her zoned school to transfer to a school where that race is not in the majority, as defined by the Consent Decree.
