Think of it like Shark Tank, but local. It’s a high-energy event where entrepreneurs have a few minutes to present their best business ideas to a panel of expert judges. The goal? To win the $10,000 grand prize and get the support they need to turn their dream into a reality!

It’s designed to spark creative conversation and meaningful growth with creatives and leaders in our local community. This series follows the following narrative: Create → Sustain → Aim → Dare. Each book was chosen to build on the idea before it, guiding everyone through a thoughtful journey. Featured Books + Topics Book 1: The Accidental Creative by Todd Henry Topic: Creativity This session focuses on building a healthy creative rhythm, staying inspired, and making meaningful work even in the middle of real life and real responsibilities. Book 2: The Energy Bus by Jon Gordon Topic: Mindset & Momentum This conversation centers on energy, attitude, and the habits that help people keep moving forward with intention and resilience. Book 3: Start With Why by Simon Sinek Topic: Purpose This session explores the importance of knowing your “why,” leading with clarity, and creating from a place of deeper meaning.
