Skidompha Fiber Arts Club Starts November 22Tuesdays | 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.Skidompha Public Library | Carpenter RoomThe library will host a Fiber Arts Club every Tuesday from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. in the Carpenter Room! This casual drop-in group is for anyone with a fiber arts project—be it knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, felting, or any other fiber-based medium—and is open to people of all skill levels. Please note that these gatherings are not workshops, so neither instruction nor materials will be provided. Participants must bring their own supplies.

Let’s Put on a Play!: Theatre at the LibraryWednesdays, Feb.5 – May 7, 3:00pm-4:30pm (no class Feb.19 or Apr.16)Ages 10-15 | Skidompha Library, Porter Hall | Registration Required (FULL) Let’s put on a play! Theatre at the Library is excited to announce our first production class! In this 12-week class students will explore their actor’s tools (Body, Voice and Imagination) while learning character development and performance technique. Students will apply these tools as we rehearse, 10 Ways to Survive the End of the World, a comedy written by Don Zolidis. The class culminates with a free performance for family and friends on May 7th at 4pm. Thank you to Teralyn Reiter of Storytree Theatre for bringing this program to Skidompha.
