Thursdays, 4:30-5 p.m. (except second Thursdays) via Zoom — We’ll start with a warm welcome. Next, we’ll invite an individual who wishes to receive healing from the group to speak up. Once a request is made, and a brief description of the situation is provided, the group will set an intention to support the individual. For the following 10 minutes, the group’s consciousness will be focused on sending healing energy to the person in need. At the conclusion of this period, the recipient of the energy will share their experience. Afterward, others are encouraged to contribute their thoughts. It’s worth noting that healing can be felt by anyone, whether they are the intended recipient or not. If you’re interested in participating, contact us for the Zoom link. This will be ongoing on Thursdays as long as there is interest.

In a nutshell… Spiral Dynamics is a model of the evolutionary development of individuals, organizations, and societies. Don Edward Beck and Christopher Cowan initially developed it based on the emergent cyclical theory of Clare W. Graves. “Spiral Dynamics posits that the evolution of human consciousness can best be represented in this way: by a dynamic, upward spiraling structure that charts our evolving thinking systems as they arc higher and higher through levels of increasing complexity.” – Jessica Roemischer, from What Is Enlightenment? In other words, the Spiral Dynamics model helps us to make sense of where we’ve been, and where we’re going, as a species, and within our culture and organizations. An understanding of this model supports us in appreciating the diversity of thought, skills, and strengths within ourselves and our community. It is a critical component in creating healthy, thriving Beloved Communities. Everyone is welcome! Rev. Stephanie Moyer Seigh, ACE, is a twice-ordained Minister (Unity and Interfaith) and a Certified Coach. Before joining Unity of Palmyra, she served various Unity and Interfaith communities in Pennsylvania, New York, and Georgia. She was the national Director of Peacemaking and Transitional Services for Unity Worldwide Ministries, adjunct faculty at One Spirit Interfaith Seminary, and a mentor coach for The Academy for Coaching Excellence. Rev. Stephanie specializes in personal, organizational, and leadership coaching and consulting and teaches classes and workshops on life-affirming topics. Living in central Pennsylvania with her husband Ken, she enjoys making her home beautiful, gardening, hosting friends and family, and spending time with her granddaughters.
