As before, we’ll explore movement through all planes of motion, fostering stability and strength throughout, enhancing awareness of how this integration can vitalize body, breath, mind, and spirit. For both this series and season, we’ll physically and energetically ground and nourish, lift and lengthen, resource and release, to encourage balance and peace from within.  While familiarity with yoga is of benefit, all levels are welcome, as this practice meets participants wherever they are at. Clean out items you haven't used, let someone else find joy in them, and maybe find something new for yourself! Each month is a different theme so be sure to check the list. All Swap items are donated and free for taking. Swap items MUST BE CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION; gently-used but not broken, messy, or missing vital parts. Items can only be brought and taken during the Swap hours (1-3pm). Remaining Swap items will be donated to local charities.
