Celebrate all things scaly and slimy at the Calvert Marine Museum by exploring the amazing process of metamorphosis and shedding, becoming immersed in the wild habitats on the swamp and wooded trails of Flag Ponds Nature Park, and discovering the adaptations that make these animals so unique. Campers will get hands-on experience with native reptiles like our corn snake and terrapin! Throughout camp, we will keep a field journal and investigate the various habitats offered at the museum for these crawling creatures.
