Savage Mountain Punk Arts presents their traveling rock and roll petting zoo, providing kids throughout Allegany County the opportunity to try their hands at rock and roll instruments. Ever wanted to sit behind a drum kit, strum a power chord through an amp, or play a synthesizer? Kids between the ages of 10 and 13 will have the opportunity to try their hands (literally) with instruments to rock out with local practicing musicians as guides.

Allegany County WIC Program at the Westernport Library. Two staff members will be present, serving 1-2 families at a time, every 15-30 minutes during the time requested. To schedule an appointment, please contact WIC at: (301)-759-5020. Brochures and information available to walk-ins.WIC is the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children. WIC provides health assessments and referrals, nutrition education, breastfeeding support and supplemental foods for qualified families throughout Allegany County.  Please call 301-759-5020 for an appointment.
