Stress has become an epidemic in our culture. Experiencing constant stress has been proven to cause physical and emotional illness as well as a more negative worldview. In this workshop, we will explore where your stress is coming from, how it is affecting you as well as others, how to become aware of the stress you hold, and how to release it. Through lecture and relaxation techniques centered on meditation and movement, you can begin to release your stress and shift your focus inward to a more peaceful and joyous place. Leave with tools to continue your practice at home. This mindfulness and movement workshop will be led by David Sholemson of 3 Body Healing Arts. This event is for Ages 18+ and requires registration. About the Presenter: David's journey into energy healing and meditation began unexpectedly in December 2005, following a second knee surgery. Seeking relief from the pain, he found himself at an energy yoga center, knowing nothing about energy, yoga, or healing. After just two weeks of practice and receiving energy healing, David had a profound realization - this was his calling. His personal journey and transformation inspire his teachings, all with the aim of guiding others towards a healthier and happier life. David's extensive training and experience began in 2006 under the guidance of master healer-teacher Chun Shim. After years of training, he became a Qigong teacher and workshop trainer.
