Each participant will be given a Google Chromebook to work on during the course and participants who successfully complete all 12 hours of coursework will get to keep the Chromebook and receive a completion certificate. This course is in the Conrad Room and will run every Thursday from 6-7:30 PM, January 22 thru April 9, with potential make-up date on April 23. Led by Zen Center's founder Joan Amaral, this is a great opportunity for asking questions about meditation and connecting with others who are also seeking support and encouragement in times of upheaval.
