Join home baker Sourdough Brandon ( https://sourdoughbrandon.com/) for a deep dive into the wonders of sourdough baked goods.   Brandon grew up surrounded by southern baking, and like many he took up sourdough during the Covid-19 pandemic.  He started his website and teaching activity with the belief that anyone can make delicious sourdough breads, rolls, and crackers at home.  He writes, "The joy of baking with sourdough is that it is a lifelong learning journey. You don’t need fancy equipment or professional training to make delicious, wholesome baked goods at home."
