We are excited for our upcoming 8th Grade Washington, D.C. Field Trip and look forward to sharing important details with you. We will be holding a parent meeting on  Thursday,   April 2, 2026, at 5:00 PM in the CMS school library . During this meeting, we will review the itinerary, expectations, packing guidelines, behavior policies, and medical information and answer any questions you may have. Please review the  Packing List  and  Frequently Asked Questions  list before attending the meeting. To help us manage space, we kindly ask that  only parents/guardians attend the meeting . Students do not need to be present. In addition, all families must complete the required  CMS Parent Agreement and Medical Information  before the trip. This form is essential to ensure we have accurate and up-to-date medical information for your child. Please be sure to submit it before the meeting. Thank you for your cooperation and support.
