A John F. Kennedy Presidential Library staff member leads this lecture which examines the influence and impact Boston had on former East Boston resident Patrick Joseph Kennedy and President John F. Kennedy's journey into politics and service. We will also explore the connections that exist between the two of them.  Some facsimile materials from the JFK Library's archival collection will be shared with attendees.
