Individuals may appear in person or virtually (via Zoom) to speak to the board.If you would like to address the board in-person you may print this online form and bring with you to the meeting, or fill out a printed copy at the board meeting.If you would like to address the board via Zoom, please fill out all sections on this form and submit by 3:30 p.m. the day of the board meeting.
