Anxiety is the most common mental disorder in the U.S. Left untreated, anxiety can make us sick physically. It can keep us up at night, cause difficulties at work, and interfere in relationships. Anxiety can keep us trapped and alone. Persistent social stigmas can make it feel like we’re suffering in silence.  Solving the Anxiety Equation isn’t about numbers.
