As part of Lynnfield Public Library’s February self-care programming, we invite you to join 4 th Wheel Flow for a Community Reiki Circle. This is a quiet hour to slow down, settle your body and your mind, and reconnect with yourself. Reiki is a calming, hands-off practice that many experience as deeply soothing- a chance to rest, breathe, and shift your energy. No prior experience is needed. The circle is open to adults and teens ages 13+. Come as you are, get comfortable, and take a simple, nourishing pause in the midst of your week.
