Rug Braiding – Pre-registration required Workshop Time: Runs typically every 3rd Saturday, from 10:30 am – 1:30 pm (check dates below) Workshop Fee: $30 for new member students & $40 for new non-members for each of the first 2 classes, and then $15 for returning members, $25 returning for non-members Workshop Location: East Classroom Pre-registration is now required. We need a minimum of 6 attendees to run the class. Registration closes Wednesday before the workshop. New students are required to complete 2 lessons before they can be considered returning workshop participants. Join our rug braiding workshop with instructor Mary Guidoboni. Discover this uniquely American art form. All levels are welcome. Students returning from past sessions may bring unfinished projects to work on. Everyone should bring scissors, needles, thread, and wool (available for new students.) Wool is available to purchase here. Cancellation Policy Soule Homestead Education Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that relies on the support of our community, its members, and our volunteers. When you participate in any programming, events, workshops, festivals, fairs, and or become a member you are directly helping to support our nonprofit organization. Soule Homestead Cancellations: Each workshop must have a minimum number of students to run. If Soule finds it necessary to cancel a workshop, we will notify students three days prior to the scheduled workshop start date or as soon as we are able in unforeseen circumstances. In the case of inclement weather at the farm or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer registrants a refund or you will be invited to donate your workshop/admission ticket to support our nonprofit farm. If we schedule a rain date and you are unable to attend you will be offered a refund or the option to donate your workshop/admission ticket to support our nonprofit farm. If you purchase admission to an event and you decide you no longer want to attend, we do not offer refunds at this time. Your workshop/admission ticket will be considered a donation to our nonprofit farm.
