This event takes place off-site at Bend in the Road Beach. Registration is required, click here to sign up. As with all library programs this is FREE and OPEN to everyone! Join us for a serene yoga class under the moon and stars at Bend in the Road Beach. YogiJay will teach “sleep yoga,” a guided practice that leads to a deep state of relaxation and healing. All levels are welcome. Please bring your own mats, blankets, or towels with you. Contact the library if you require directions. This program may be cancelled in case of inclement weather you will receive a text or email notification from YogiJay if the program is cancelled.
