Farmington River Regional School District ESSER III Grant Use Survey The Farmington River Regional School District will be receiving funding from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) and we are seeking your input. Resources set aside in the Plan specifically for education will be distributed through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funds (known as ESSER III or ARP ESSER). The purpose of the relief funds is to allow districts and schools to safely reopen and sustain safe operations over the next three years. Priorities to be addressed include the academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs of all students, and particularly those disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. A requirement of the funding is that each district set aside 20% of the allocation to address lost instructional time. Other allowable uses of the funds include school facility repairs and improvements (specifically related to reducing virus transmission and exposure), supplies to sanitize and clean buildings, and educational technology. The Farmington River Regional School District values the input of its stakeholders; therefore we are asking for your feedback through this survey so that the priorities of the community are understood as the District moves forward with its application for the ARP ESSER funds. We have many exciting events that the students have been looking forward to all year. We have included these dates below for quick reference. We cannot thank our parents, guardians enough for all the support you have provided for our students throughout this difficult year. This summer help keep kids physically and mentally active. Try to organize hikes and games that explore your neighborhood and state parks to keep active. Regularly visit the library to check out summer reading materials. Also, please help students keep good attendance until the end of the year. Academic programs will continue right up until the end of the year. The last day for students will be June 11th. That day is a half-day and students will be released at 11:45. Finally, if you move this summer or change your contact information, we would love to hear from you. Farmington River Regional School District ESSER III Grant Use Survey The Farmington River Regional School District will be receiving funding from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) and we are seeking your input. Resources set aside in the Plan specifically for education will be distributed through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funds (known as ESSER III or ARP ESSER). The purpose of the relief funds is to allow districts and schools to safely reopen and sustain safe operations over the next three years. Priorities to be addressed include the academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs of all students, and particularly those disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. A requirement of the funding is that each district set aside 20% of the allocation to address lost instructional time. Other allowable uses of the funds include school facility repairs and improvements (specifically related to reducing virus transmission and exposure), supplies to sanitize and clean buildings, and educational technology. Farmington River Regional School District ESSER III Grant Use Survey The Farmington River Regional School District will be receiving funding from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) and we are seeking your input. Resources set aside in the Plan specifically for education will be distributed through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funds (known as ESSER III or ARP ESSER). The purpose of the relief funds is to allow districts and schools to safely reopen and sustain safe operations over the next three years. Priorities to be addressed include the academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs of all students, and particularly those disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. A requirement of the funding is that each district set aside 20% of the allocation to address lost instructional time. Other allowable uses of the funds include school facility repairs and improvements (specifically related to reducing virus transmission and exposure), supplies to sanitize and clean buildings, and educational technology. The Farmington River Regional School District values the input of its stakeholders; therefore we are asking for your feedback through this survey so that the priorities of the community are understood as the District moves forward with its application for the ARP ESSER funds. We have many exciting events that the students have been looking forward to all year. We have included these dates below for quick reference. We cannot thank our parents, guardians enough for all the support you have provided for our students throughout this difficult year. This summer help keep kids physically and mentally active. Try to organize hikes and games that explore your neighborhood and state parks to keep active. Regularly visit the library to check out summer reading materials. Also, please help students keep good attendance until the end of the year. Academic programs will continue right up until the end of the year. The last day for students will be June 11th. Farmington River Regional School District ESSER III Grant Use Survey The Farmington River Regional School District will be receiving funding from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) and we are seeking your input. Resources set aside in the Plan specifically for education will be distributed through the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief funds (known as ESSER III or ARP ESSER). The purpose of the relief funds is to allow districts and schools to safely reopen and sustain safe operations over the next three years. Priorities to be addressed include the academic, social, emotional, and mental health needs of all students, and particularly those disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. A requirement of the funding is that each district set aside 20% of the allocation to address lost instructional time. Other allowable uses of the funds include school facility repairs and improvements (specifically related to reducing virus transmission and exposure), supplies to sanitize and clean buildings, and educational technology. The Farmington River Regional School District values the input of its stakeholders; therefore we are asking for your feedback through this survey so that the priorities of the community are understood as the District moves forward with its application for the ARP ESSER funds. We have many exciting events that the students have been looking forward to all year. We have included these dates below for quick reference. We cannot thank our parents, guardians enough for all the support you have provided for our students throughout this difficult year. This summer help keep kids physically and mentally active. Try to organize hikes and games that explore your neighborhood and state parks to keep active. Regularly visit the library to check out summer reading materials. Also, please help students keep good attendance until the end of the year. Academic programs will continue right up until the end of the year. The last day for students will be June 11th.
