Join us for some story time fun outside this summer in the field behind Crescent Ridge Dairy.  We will read books, sing songs, play games, and more! Books are geared toward children in 2-5 years old, but children outside that age range are welcome to join. Registration is not required but encouraged so you get notifications about weather related cancelations. This story time will be outside in the sun so remember your sunscreen! Feel free to bring a blanket, chairs, picnic and whatever else will keep you and your little ones comfortable. In the event of bad weather, Story Time will be moved to the Story Time area at the Sharon Public Library. Announcements will be made here in the calendar, via email, and on social media if it is moved indoors. Crescent Ridge Dairy is located at 407 Bay Rd, Sharon, MA 02067. Story time will be held in the field next to the dairy bar. Look for the goats and white tent. I reccommend parking behind the dairy bar so you are close to the gate and away from ice cream traffic.  Questions? June is Pride Month, which is dedicated to celebrating lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) pride. It honors the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in Manhattan, which was a turning point for the Gay Liberation Movement in the United States. What started as an angry mob's violent reaction to a police raid in 1969 ignited the gay rights movement and has over time grown to become a joyous annual celebration. Explore the origins of Pride Month and why is has grown into an annual tradition observed in America and many other countries. Led by entertainment historian John Kenrick, who is the Curator for the Museum of Broadway in New York City and author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Amateur Theatricals.  REGISTER to receive the Zoom webinar link from Tewksbury  Public Library.
