Chair Yoga for Seniors and Friends

Experience the Community Music School of Springfield at the library!African dance and drumming bring people together in joy! In this class, kids and families will have fun together with dance and drumming inspired by traditions from Guinea and Mali, West Africa. We will start by moving to exciting beats together and practicing basic steps. Then we will bring out the djembe and dundun drums and play together as a group. As we play, we will strengthen our sense of rhythm, listening, coordination, creativity and confidence.
