Join us at the Mason Square Branch for a series of nutrition classes led by Nutrition Coordinator Abigail Killian of Western Mass Food Bank. In this SNAP-Ed funded class, you will learn about fruits, vegetables, and beans. These foods come in a rainbow of different colors that provide unique nutrients! We will talk about vegetarian and vegan diets, where people eat mostly plants instead of meat or animal foods. You will learn how to prepare some simple, tasty, plant-based meals. This class is great for anyone who wants to eat more plant-based foods. For ages 12+This workshop has been rescheduled to December 18th, 2025.
