Get ready to Level Up at your Library! The 2025 Summer Reading Program begins Monday June 23rd, but registration is open now! The Walpole Public Library uses Beanstack, a fun, easy way to keep track of books and activities. In Beanstack, you can view the available challenges and activities, enter the books read, write reviews, and more. Parents can manage their children’s progress within one account. Readers will receive raffle tickets as they progress, and at the end of the summer these tickets can be applied to raffle prizes in the appropriate age categories (0-5, 6-11, 12-18, and 19+) On the go this summer? Then download the Beanstack Mobile App and take your summer reading with you! The Massachusetts Statewide Summer Library Program is funded by the Massachusetts Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners

The Flying High Dogs are back with their frisbee flips and catches! Trainer Mike Piazza and his dogs have appeared on Animal Planet and ESPN, performed for the NFL and NBA and are world record holders. This is an all ages, interactive family program, free and open to all! The program will take place on the Stone Field, between the library, Blackburn Hall, and Town Hall. We respectfully ask for safety,and reasons of distraction, that guests do not bring their own dogs to the program.
