Unfortunately, the lack of open conversation around pelvic, urinary, and sexual health often leads to issues like incontinence, pain, depression, and even more serious consequences. Knowledge is power, and learning about pelvic health can be both enlightening and enjoyable! In this lively and candid session, Jaymie Adachi, a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, will foster an environment where laughter and learning go hand in hand. This class will begin with an introduction to meditation and its benefits.  There will be an opportunity for  Q&A before we move into the  30-minute meditation.  While in the meditation Courtney will offer her Reiki healing energy to those who wish to receive it. This class will leave you feeling relaxed refreshed and at peace. No experience is necessary and this class is perfect for those who would like to start something new. The class will be held at the West Barnstable Community Building. Courtney has been hosting meditation with Reiki groups for over 5 years,  it is her passion to share her wisdom and love with others. Please note you have to sign up separately for each class! If your child is of an age or maturity that they can sit still for 30 min they are welcome to attend.
