If you have the feeling that you could be doing better with your food choices, please join us! About the presenter:  Judy Palken, MNS, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian who translates the science of nutrition into practical recommendations for health. In her classes, Judy teaches how great food choices and other healthful behaviors can reduce inflammation, promote good health, and help us to feel our best.
