In this 90-minute workshop, led by Katie Martin of the Wellness Consortium, attendees will identify a topic or question they would like clarity on. They will be guided through a simple somatic practice to help access the wisdom that exists within each of us. The group will then work with tarot cards to gain deeper insight into their chosen topic. Whether youâre brand new to tarot or looking to strengthen your intuitive skills, this workshop offers a grounding space to slow down, listen inward, and leave feeling more connected to your own inner guidance. This 60 minute Yoga Flow class is ideal for beginners. It opens with some breath work and a gentle warm up followed by flowing poses for strengthening, stability and flexibility. The flowing style leaves room for students to make choices that feel good for their bodies and weekly classes will likely have some variability. Because yoga is an individualized practice, participants are encouraged to focus on their own bodies and needs - to always do what feels good for them! About Alyssa and Bella Alyssa Giaquinto is the founder and director of the Giaquinto Wildlife Center, a nonprofit in Marlborough, Massachusetts dedicated to wildlife rehabilitation, conservation, and public education. As a licensed rehabilitator, Alyssa cares for injured and orphaned native wildlife with the goal of release, while also leading community programs that inspire people of all ages to coexist with the natural world. At the heart of the Centerâs outreach is Bella, a non-releasable barn owl who serves as the organizationâs ambassador. Bella captivates audiences at schools, libraries, museums, and community events, bridging the connection between people and wildlife. Through programs like pellet dissections, owl prowls, and conservation talks, Alyssa and Bella bring science and storytelling together to foster empathy and stewardship for local ecosystems. About Gregg I bought my first 35mm camera right after college in 1975. I started with family photos and became interested in lighthouses. With the purchase of my first DSLR camera in 2006, I started seeking nature scenes to photograph throughout New England, especially lighthouses and barns. In 2015. My interest in wildlife photography was peaked by my first trip to the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks and, since then, I have been so pleased to discover the many opportunities to observe wildlife so close to my home. I have been thoroughly enjoying both landscape and wildlife photography in all parts of New England and the US, Canadian Rockies and Iceland. Some of my work has been published in the Massachusetts Wildlife Magazine, the Boston Globe, National Parks Magazine, and the Massachusetts Agriculture Calendar.
