The Book Sales offer a variety of material including picture books and young readers, mystery, science fiction, horror, romance, general fiction, non-fiction, and much more.Donated used materials are sold during regular library hours and are stocked on a shelf located near the circulation desk. Relax and Restore with this gentle, stress relieving yoga practice. Create harmony and balance of body and mind through physical postures, breathing techniques and an extended guided relaxation at the end of class. Suitable for most fitness and experience levels. Modifications are offered for both dialing back and going deeper into your practice. This class is a perfect introduction to yoga.About the Instructor:Andrea Astley Dinsdale is a RYT Certified Yoga Instructor who has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. In addition to the Dexter District Library, she teaches with Dexter and Chelsea Adult Community Education, as well as Verapose Yoga. Andrea is also a Certified Clinical Reflexologist and sees clients in the Dexter area. Her main areas of focus are building and maintaining mental and physical balance, strength and flexibility through a lens of self-care for stress relief and optimal wellness.Yoga classes will be onsite in the Library’s lower-level meeting room.  Classes are for adults (18+). Registration is mandatory for each class.  Space is limited.
