The “From Grief to New Hope” 8-Week Workshop combines the educational components of a seminar with the safety and support of a peer group. This workshop is available in-person and virtually to adults who are grieving the death of a loved one regardless of how long it has been since the loss occurred. This workshop is a safe place to express your grief and begin the healing process. Each session includes a speaker presentation for all and smaller group discussion time. These small groups are guided by facilitators who have also experienced similar loss and have traveled their own grief journey. This workshop is offered in-person and virtually.   Small groups are closed to new attendees after week 2. Support people are welcome to come to hear the weekly workshop speakers, but unfortunately are unable to participate in small groups. Support people must check in with staff upon arrival to complete registration. Thank you.
