Make charms using shrinking plastic and turn them into keychains, jewelry and more! All supplies will be provided. Come with your ideas and be ready for a fun time! This program is exclusively for teens and tweens aged 12-17.Anoka County Library strives to ensure that all visitors are able to access library resources, services, and programs. Assistive technology and program accommodations are available at many library locations as outlined here.
