The role of a Chamber Ambassador is truly something special — you’re the warm smile that greets new members, the connector who helps build lasting relationships, and the spark that brings energy to every Chamber event. As an Ambassador, you play a key role in creating a welcoming, engaged, and connected Chamber community. Your presence ensures that every member feels seen, valued, and supported. Whether it’s greeting guests at events, attending ribbon cuttings, or reaching out to members, your enthusiasm makes a lasting impact. During our committee meetings, we’ll: • Share upcoming opportunities for Ambassador involvement • Brainstorm creative ways to strengthen the member experience • Celebrate wins and highlight the difference you’re making Join us to experience the fun, connection, and purpose that come with being part of our Ambassador Committee. Meanwhile, effort keeps going up and traction quietly slips. In this keynote, Marnie Kittelson of Accentuate Strategy + Execution shows how trust operates inside a business and why it has become one of the most underappreciated performance variables in most companies. Not as a feeling or a value, but as a system that directly affects speed, alignment, customer experience, and margin. Drawing from real-world examples, Marnie walks through where trust is built, where it leaks, and how those leaks show up operationally: in delayed decisions, second-guessing, inconsistent delivery, and reputational drag. Leaders will learn how signals from the top are interpreted downstream, how execution either reinforces or erodes belief, and why visibility without consistency accelerates erosion instead of growth. This session gives leaders a clear way to see trust in motion; across leadership, teams, customers, and the market, and understand what to fix when traction starts slipping. Because when trust breaks, effort doesn’t disappear. It just stops converting into progress.
