I’ve decided to switch things up from early mornings and create something that feels a little more doable, relaxed, and community-focused after a long workday. The Monday Evening Walking Group is all about: ? Moving our bodies ? Getting fresh air ? Reducing stress ? Creating consistency ? Connecting with positive people This is NOT a hardcore fitness class. You do not need to be in shape to join. You do not need fancy workout clothes. You just need to show up. Whether you’re restarting your health journey, trying to stay consistent, looking to clear your mind after work, or simply wanting to meet good people — this is for you. ?? Hamlet Park – Cottage Grove ?? Mondays at 6:30pm ?? No pets please ?? All fitness levels welcome Sometimes the healthiest thing we can do is simply take the first step… and keep walking.
