Middle School Boys Social Skills Group We’re excited to offer a Middle School Boys Social Skills Group, led by Tyler Antony, designed to support boys during one of the most important developmental stages of their lives. This group meets on Thursday evenings from 4:00–5:00 PM and focuses on building essential skills such as emotional regulation, confidence, friendship development, and healthy communication. This group is intentionally designed to strengthen emotional intelligence, resilience, and social connection—skills that extend far beyond therapy and positively impact classrooms, families, and the broader community. Whether a student is facing social challenges or simply could benefit from additional support, this program provides a safe, structured space for growth and connection. We truly believe this group can make a meaningful difference for local youth as they navigate the middle school years.

Join us for a series of magical moonlit walks at Woodland Trails Regional Park this winter! We'll meet up from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. on the second Monday of each month to enjoy the groomed walking trails while taking in the crisp winter air and watching for wildlife. Feel free to bring a flashlight for emergency use if needed. The purpose of the walks is to enjoy the evenings in the dark, with the moonlight guiding us. Be sure to dress for the weather and wear proper winter walking shoes or boots. Look for the group in the Woodland Trails Regional Park parking lot.
