This pilot project with St. Paul - Ramsey County Public Health brings in public health nurses and a community worker into our space where patrons can learn more about navigating health literacy, get referrals or make appointments for service providers, get testing done to identify health needs, connect with a health worker who can help build their own health knowledge and more. Welcome to the Adventurer's Guild, an introductory series for young heroes eager to explore the exciting world of Dungeons & Dragons. Hosted in the Maker Lab every Tuesday afternoon, this program offers players a safe and welcoming environment to go on epic standalone adventures and side-quests with friends old and new! Can't adventure with us every week? Don't sweat it. Most quests will be designed as stand-alone adventures, so kids can drop in and play whenever they're available. This program is appropriate for ages 8-11. No experience necessary!

HEROES WANTED! Welcome to the Adventurer's Guild, an introductory series for young heroes eager to explore the exciting world of Dungeons & Dragons. Hosted in the Maker Lab most Tuesday afternoons (with a break on the 1st Tuesday of the month), this program offers players a safe and welcoming environment to go on epic standalone adventures and side-quests with friends old and new! Registered players will receive an Adventurer's Guide, character sheet, and activity book to learn some basics about DnD before our adventures begin. Each player will be assigned a random character to start with, but more experienced players are welcome to bring a character of their own design! Can't adventure with us every week? Don't sweat it. Most quests will be designed as stand-alone adventures, so kids can drop in and play whenever they're available. This program is appropriate for ages 8-11. No experience necessary!
