Boot Scootin’ Line Dancing Lessons 🪩👢🎶 Get ready to kick up your boots and hit the dance floor in style! The Boot Scootin’ Annual Banquet is right around the corner, and we’ve got just the thing to help you brush up on your moves (or learn them for the first time!). Join us for three lively Wednesday nights of line dancing lessons where laughter, music, and maybe a few fancy footwork mishaps are guaranteed. Our instructor will lead you through crowd favorites like “Tipsy,” “Wagon Wheel,” “Fireball,” “Shivers,” and of course the classic “Boot Scootin’ Boogie.” ✨ Details: Dates: Wednesdays – October 29, November 5, and November 19 Time: 6:30 – 8:00 pm Cost: $12 per person (Sign up for all three in advance for a package deal! Invoices available, or pay at the door—perfect for those last-minute “what should we do tonight?” moments.) Join Our Jigsaw Puzzle GETAWAY Competition!  Are you passionate about puzzles and seeking friendly competition? Join us for an exciting Jigsaw Puzzle Competition! We have partnered with Wyndham Gardens in Otsego and have the perfect weekend for you!!  Puzzle Competiton and Waterpark, does it get any better than that?   Team Structure Quad Teams: Up to four members competing on a 500-piece or 1000-piece puzzle. $50 per team Quad Teams Advanced: Up to four members competing on a 1000-piece puzzle. These teams will consist of your more experienced puzzle competition puzzlers.  If you have competed on a State, National or World level competition or have taken first place at one of our competitions please register for this division. $50 per team Pairs Teams: Up to two members tackling a 350-piece puzzle. $40 per team Family Quad Teams: Up to four members (adults or youth) competing on a 500-piece puzzle.$50 per team Teams that finish the fastest will earn awards for first, second, and third place. Gather your friends or family for a fun day of competitive puzzling! Registration: The fee is per team; only one person from each team needs to register.   Speed Puzzle Workshop Details Join us for an individual session focused on techniques and strategies to enhance your puzzle-solving skills. After the workshop, you'll have the opportunity to choose a puzzle to take home, allowing you to practice your newly acquired skills or apply them in one of the competitions throughout the day. What to Expect: Learn key techniques to boost your puzzle-solving speed and accuracy. Engage in hands-on practice with various puzzle types featured in competitions. Receive personalized guidance from experienced puzzle enthusiasts. Connect with fellow puzzlers in a supportive atmosphere to build confidence and sharpen your skills. Who Can Attend: Anyone passionate about puzzles looking to challenge themselves. Puzzle enthusiasts eager to improve their speed and accuracy. Puzzle Palooza Event Agenda 8:30 - 9:30 AM  Speed Puzzle Workshop 9:30 - 10:00 AM Check-In Puzzlers 1st Session (10:00 AM - 12:00 PM) Quads: 500-piece puzzle Pairs: (Any age) 350-piece puzzle Location: Separate Room Time 10:30 – 12:30 PM Pairs: 350-piece puzzle 2nd Session (1:30 PM - 3:30 PM) Quads: Standard 500-piece puzzle Advanced 1000-piece puzzle     Pairs & Family Quads : Location: Separate Room Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM  Family Quads 500-piece puzzle Pairs 350 piece puzzle Youth pairs plus 1 350 piece puzzle  Important Rules & Regulations Teams will keep the puzzle they work on. Puzzles will be distributed at check-in and opened simultaneously. Only hands may be used—no tools, cutting devices, or phones allowed (sorting containers permitted, but not provided). Judges will monitor progress. Raise your hand when nearing completion for time recording. If a judge cannot reach your table, please record your own time on the provided timecard.
