Scott County Eligibility Specialists from Health & Human Services will be available in the library to provide expert knowledge on the programs and provide hands-on assistance with digital applications. If you don't have a computer at home and are ready to apply, they can also work alongside you on a Library PC. These programs are designed to support residents of all ages and household sizes, including but not limited to parents with young children, independent young adults, and seniors.
