You don't have to leave your neighborhood to explore nature! Join a Refuge Ranger to discover what all the buzz is about pollinators. We will meet our pollinator neighbors, investigate their habitats and learn how we can help! Activities will be both indoors and outsid......More

You don't have to leave your neighborhood to explore nature! Join a Refuge Ranger to discover what all the buzz is about pollinators. We will meet our pollinator neighbors, investigate their habitats and learn how we can help! Activities will be both indoors and outside and are geared toward elementary-aged students, but all are welcome! We will finish the program with a take-home project. Materials provided. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Collaborator: Minnesota Valley National Wildlife Refuge. Participants earn a stamp for each Nature in Your Neighborhood program they attend. Receive a free backpack (one per family) with items such as binoculars and insect jars once you collect three stamps.
