Limited amounts of materials are available to learn how to use the equipment. Please bring your own flash drive for permanent storage. Wildlife Rehabilitation & Release, Inc. was created in 1994 by group of wildlife rehabilitators who saw the need to create an organization to handle the intake and distribution of the wild animals that the Animal Humane Society (AHS) in Golden Valley, Minnesota had been taking in for over 30 years. From 2002 to 2015 WRR helped directly support the care of thousands of wild animals annually admitted to AHS’ wildlife exam room through financial support, rehabilitator placement, rescue, and expertise. After AHS discontinued their wildlife program, WRR refocused our mission on support to community-based wildlife rehabilitators through trainings and education; support programs such as Formula Reimbursement and Veterinary Support; distributing supplies; and community outreach and orphan prevention education. WRR continues to this day to recruit and train new rehabilitators, support existing rehabilitators, and educate the public about wildlife rehabilitation. Presenting local non-profit, Wildlife Rehabilitation & Release MN, who's mission is to serve the community of orphaned and injured wildlife, the community of citizens bringing animals to our attention, and the community of wildlife rehabilitators seeking education and support. Bringing the sciences, nature and helping educate the community about wildlife rescue and rehabilitation related to their own backyard habitats. Come hear all about this local non-profit organization doing vital work around our state, seeking volunteers, and helping our wilds around Minnesota.

Jigsaw Puzzle Swap and Casual Community Puzzle Time Have you finished a jigsaw puzzle and are ready for a new one? It’s time to pick up the pieces! Bring your gently used, complete (no missing pieces!) jigsaw puzzles to swap with other puzzlers to get new-to-you puzzles. This is your chance to swap for a puzzle of similar quality, brand, or piece count. After you swap, stick around for casual community puzzle time! We will have some tables set up for puzzling as well. Meet new people or use the space to puzzle with your friends or family for an afternoon.  Bringing something to swap? Jigsaw Puzzles should be new or like-new, include all pieces, not stained or damaged, and in the original box. Please tape shut the puzzle box or put your puzzle pieces into a Ziplock bag so as not to lose any pieces. This is an "Honor system" swap (we are not keeping track of what you bring.) Give what you can and take what you love.
