Individual basic computer and technology help is now available by appointment at the Roseville Library every Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Staff will help with your basic technology questions including email, working on resumes or documents, mobile devices, e-books, and social media. Outdoor Play

Appropriate for ages 4 & younger. Drop in and play outside in the Children's Reading Garden. Prepare to get a little wet, maybe even dirty! Sunscreen, hats and bug spray encouraged.  Weather dependent. Call 651-724-6032 for more information.

Drop in to use or ask questions about the library’s Maker equipment. Use the library's laptops to design a 3D model, digitize your physical media, or utilize the photo and video editing software. Create your own stickers, cards or other cardstock cutouts with the Silhouette Cameo electronic cutting machine. Try the sewing machine or ask questions about the 3D printer. Limited amounts of materials are available to learn how to use the equipment. Please bring your own flash drive for permanent storage. Maker equipment is available through a combination of reservations and first-come, first-served. To reserve time with the digitization equipment or sewing machine, call 651-724-6100. This event is appropriate for teens and tweens grades 6-12. Please join us for a 2-part event of designing and learning to paint your own D&D miniature. Join us and customize a character of your own design using the program HeroForge. We will then 3D Print it for you, and then the following week you will learn how to paint it to make your character come to life.  Designing your character on Tuesday, July 15th, will be virtual. Painting on Tuesday, July 29th, will be in person at the Roseville Library.

Video Game Tournament: Super Smash Brothers

Join us for a chance to showcase your moves in a Super Smash Brothers Tournament on the Nintendo Switch. Registration required to help set up the brackets. Open to anyone in grades 6-12. This program is sponsored by the Ramsey County Library Friends.
