WEAR AND SHARE ORANGE Send a visible message of building commUNITY through kindness, acceptance, and inclusion to prevent bullying. SRR schools adopted Unity Day in 2013 by wearing orange on the first Wednesday of each month to take a stand against bullying.  The high school DECA program is working on new shirt designs and more information will be coming at a later date. *To sign up for reminder messages the night before each Unity Day, text u-day2025 to 81010 (this needs to be done yearly).* Unity Day History: Unity Day was started by Pacer’s National Bullying Prevention Center as a signature event of National Bullying Prevention Month. The call to action was to "Make it Orange and Make it End. Unite Against Bullying!" Participants are encouraged to wear orange to show their support for bullying prevention.  Sauk Rapids-Rice is UNITED for kindness, acceptance & inclusion.

We are excited to give the class of 2039 an amazing start to their school career!  ​ Kindergarten Registration Opened on Friday, January 23, 2026 Future kindergarten families are invited to visit their school on February 26, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. If you could please attend during the period you fall in below, that will help us manage the number of people here at one time.   5:30–5:45: Student last name beginning with A–D 5:45–6:00: Student last name beginning with E–J 6:00–6:15: Student last name beginning with K–Mc  6:15–6:30: Student last name beginning with Me–P 6:30–6:45: Student last name beginning with Q–S 6:45–7:00: Student last name beginning with T–Z During your visit, you will be able to take a short, map-guided tour of the school, see a kindergarten classroom, and meet our kindergarten teachers. This is also a good time to drop off any required documents to the office to complete your child’s registration.
