Thank you to the PTO for generously funding this event, and to Laura Martin for organizing it!Enjoy 10 different stations based on Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math. • Astronomy Training Challenge: Get active, and test your dexterity,reflexes, and endurance--all important skills that astronauts train.• Aurora Art: Create a piece of artwork inspired by the Auroras, anastronomical phenomenon.• Community Constellations: Explore constellations from othercultures and create your own to showcase.• Galilean Cannon: Observe the law of conservation of energy bytesting your own Galilean Cannon.• Rocket Engineers: Engineer a rocket and then redesign to makeyour rocket fly even further.• Air Power: Explore how powerful air can be, even though we cannotsee it using an Air Cannon.• Binary Basics: Learn about binary coding, and practice spelling incode by creating a key chain or bracelet.• Engineer a Bird Beak: Explore the different beak shapes and sizes,and engineer your own "bird beak" to "eat" different types of food.• Space Mural: Create a community space mural inspired by thebeauty of outer space objects like nebulae, galaxies, and stars.• Mini BioBlitz: Conduct a mini BioBlitz, and practice collecting and
