This interactive session provides local employers with an opportunity to learn how the Career Coaching program works directly in our high schools to identify and prepare future workforce talent.   Participants will discover ways to collaborate with Career Coaches to:   Address local workforce needs Create career pathways for students Build a sustainable pipeline of skilled workers Invest in the future of Jones County’s economy     This Power Hour is more than just networking—it’s about laying the foundation for long-term economic growth through strong partnerships and strategic workforce development.
