However, please note that alcohol sampling is strictly for those of legal drinking age. Dog-Friendly Policy:Â We love our furry friends! Dogs are welcome in downtown Liberty and in some participating shops during the event. However, please keep these guidelines in mind: Check with individual shops before entering, as some may have their own pet policies.Dogs should remain leashed and well-behaved at all times.Please be considerate of others and clean up after your pet.Parking Information: There are 2-hour parking spaces available in front of the shops around the Square and on the side streets.For longer parking, public parking lots are available off the Square, located at Kansas and Gallatin Streets and Kansas and Missouri Streets.Handicapped parking is limited around the Square. Refund Policy:Â All sales are final. No refunds for ticket purchases, but weâre happy to transfer tickets if needed. Weather:Â If extreme weather, such as thunderstorms, snowstorms, or other conditions that could jeopardize safety, is forecasted, events may be postponed or canceled. For ticketed events, no refunds will be given if the event is postponed. The decision will be made before the event start time.
