Join Gateway Arch National Park for Kids to Parks Day from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM and celebrate a national day of outdoor play! Located outside of the West Entrance in Luther Ely Smith Square. Participate in 3 different activity stations.Station 1: Junior Ranger table – participate in a special junior ranger booklet and scavenger hunt focusing on native trees and shrubs in the park. Get sworn in as a junior ranger once completed.Station 2: Pioneer Games and Toys – learn about pioneer games and toys and try them out for yourself. Create a make and take craft of a pioneer toy.Station 3: The Old Courthouse – learn about the architecture of the Old Courthouse and color your own Old Courthouse postcard to take with you.

B.A.R.K. Ranger Event: Meet and Greet with Jenny Dove

Meet and Greet with Jenny Dove. Jenny is a PetTech Certified Pet First Aid and CPR Instructor and currently works as the Education Coordinator at Kennelwood Pet Resorts. She will be giving expert information on how to introduce dogs to each other.

All B.A.R.K. events will be held outdoors and all will meet at the entrance plaza. Events will be cancelled or rescheduled in case of inclement weather.

Battle of St. Louis

Rangers and volunteers in period dress will be available to answer questions about this important but little-known Revolutionay War battle.

This event is held outdoors, near the south pond at Gateway Arch National Park

Juneteenth National Independence DayFee Free day, due to the holiday the $3.00 entrance fee is waived.
