Alton, New Hampshire Historical Society August 19 New Hampshire Humanities speaker, Pamela Weeks, is the New England Quilt Museum curator, author of the book Civil War Quilts and lectures nationally on quilt making and quilt history.  She has wonderful stories to tell in her presentation and each attendee may bring one quilt for identification and/or story sharing. The Alton Historical Society meets at 7:00 pm on the third Tuesday of the months of April through October.
