Bedrock Gardens will celebrate Opening Week for the 2026 season from May 12 through May 17. Located at 19 High Road in Lee NH, Bedrock Gardens is a dynamic public garden and cultural center that integrates unusual botanical specimens and unique sculpture into an inspiring landscape journey. The week begins with a Members and Press Preview Day on May 12, followed by Public Opening Day on May 13. Visitors are invited to explore and enjoy the beauty of the spring season. General admission is $15, with free entry for garden members and children 12 and under. Opening Weekend on May 16 features a variety of special programs, including guided garden tours, a tree tour led by founder Jill Nooney along with Andy Balon, Bartlett Tree Expert, and a family-friendly seed starting activity from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. On May 17, two immersive workshops will be offered: Fairy House Workshop at 10:30 AM and Forest Bathing at 1:00 PM. (Pre-registraion required; please visit our website to sign up). In this embodied art process group, we will enter creative and reflective experience with art as gesture and witness, blended with somato-shamanic energy work as a practical way to access your dreambody for integration, clarity, and ground. We follow the Self as process, and in community, allowing the body’s natural intelligence to emerge through deep listening, sensing, intention, attention, and expression. Some possibilities that may be revealed are deeper awareness around unresolved or chronic tensions in your body, ways to expand your capacity to ground in challenge and opportunity, and understanding and strengthening relationship to various supports, within and with Other, Community, Nature, Spirit. County residents and visitors to the area are welcome to check out the locally grown native and pollinator plants, herbs, vegetables, ground covers, sun and shade perennials, and houseplants. There is an Ask a Master Gardener Table where individuals can find answers to  gardening questions, obtain soil testing information, and learn about upcoming UNH Cooperative Extension Master Gardener classes. There is also a representative from Plant A Row and Pollinator Pathways NH. You will also find a variety of previously used garden related items for sale. The proceeds from this event are used to fund our Strafford County community gardening projects, school gardening grants, library grants, and the UNH Free Seed Program. We always look forward to talking about our favorite subject, gardening, and thank you for your continued support.

Weaving together a Master of Social Work with over 15 years of lived experience with addiction, recovery, homelessness, and incarceration, he strives to create a space of deep mutuality where those walking through their darkest chapters feel genuinely seen. Randy's leadership is grounded in an unwavering commitment to the next generation. He invests time mentoring peers and offering trauma-informed coaching to help ensure the field continues to evolve with both empathy and professional rigor.
