Come have fun exploring new art materials and techniques! Meet other young artists and find your favorite mediums.  We will paint, sculpt, draw, make 3 dimensional art, prints, and mixed media pieces. Come see what you can do! Art Club for grades 3 -5 or age equivalent, will meet Mondays from 3:15 – 5:00.  Registration is for 4 weeks of classes which is a “session.” You may also sign up for a “semester,”/ half year, and receive a discount. If you are registering for one session at a time you must renew your registration monthly by emailing Vandy at [email protected] or speaking to her directly on or before the third day of the current session so your child’s spot isn’t filled by someone else. Epping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come) You will find the registration form at the link below.  Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student we will email you a “Walkers’ Release”  before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school. *Please note   We follow the Epping SAU 14 school calendar for days off/snow days. The Art Explorers Club is supportive of the artistic interests of individuals with developmental disabilities.  Art Explorers Club members are presented with a project that they can make, or they can experiment with the materials.  This group is open to teens and adults with their support person(s). We meet twice a month on the first and third Wednesdays. You must pre-register for this club. Adult Art Class is for any level any 2D media. Whether you would like to learn or expand your skills in drawing or painting with pastels, watercolor, acrylic or oil, this class is for you! Each student works in the medium of their own choice on a project of their own choice. I help guide you through the project while helping to build up basic skills such as line, value, composition and color. Students bring in their own supplies. A supply list can be supplied. This class is full. Please email to place your name on our “New Class” list. We will  reach out to you to create an additional [email protected] learn about clay! Where it comes from, how it is used, and how it can be made into thousands of items.  Over these 5 weeks, we will focus on learning skills and tool use to create lasting clay pieces. These items will be fired in a kiln, and then students will paint or glaze them.  If they are glazed, they will be fired in the kiln again to make a functional ceramic piece.  Projects will vary from specific skill-building to free-choice with skill demonstration. This class is for students in 1st grade through 8th grade or age equivalent. Clay is a medium that is easy to differentiate for different grade levels. This class will run 5 weeks.  Tuesdays from 11 – 12:15,  March 24, 31, April 7, 14 and 21. We need a minimum of 5 students to run this class – Maximum of 10. We currently have 3 interested students.  Please reach out if your child would like to join MS Art Club!  [email protected] Come create your way!  Middle School Art Club is a social art group that is full of choice!  Students are shown tools and techniques and given some examples of the ways they are used and can then explore their own creativity.  The group is also shown examples of how art is powerful!  This feeds their creative self-esteem as they create for self-expression. These sessions are available twice a month for a $14.00 studio  fee each night.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee is your studio fee, clay can be purchased for $5.00/ pound.  The clay fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Night. You pay a studio fee of $14.00. Your glaze fee is $5.00/pound of clay used. On this day your glaze fee will include glaze and glaze firing in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece. This is drop-in first, come/first serve for spaces.  Cash is preferred but cards are accepted. *********WE NOW HAVE CLAY NIGHT 2 WEEKS IN A ROW SO YOU HAVE MORE TIME TO WORK ON A PROJECT!!! Registration Deadline: ADVANCED REGISTRATION FOR JANUARY IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.   Please invite your child/youth’s friend to join Art Club. Cancellation Policy:  Advanced registration can be refunded in full by December 23, 2025 for the 1st Art Club session of the 2026 year.  Credit is given for a future activity or art club if cancellation is after December 23, 2025. No refunds after the 4-week session has begun.   Registration deadlines for each session follow the above protocol.  The deadline is 2 weeks before a session begins.  Always feel free to email us and ask if there is space if the deadline has passed. Meeting space:  We will be meeting in the indoor Gathering Space. During classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are optional. Winter 2025  = If there are events causing Art Club to be canceled (snow days/students not at school, teacher illness, half-day cancellations etc) There will be one makeup day offered on a Saturday/semester.  2026 Semester Session 1  January 8, 15, 22, 29 (pay in person 1/22 for session 2) Session 2  February 5, 12, 19, March 5 – (pay in person 2/19 for session 3) Session 3  March 12, 19, 26 – (pay in person 3/19 for session 4), April 2 Session 4  April 9, 16, 23, May 7 – (pay in person 4/23 for session 5), Session 5  May 14, 21, 28, June 4th (pay in person 5/28 for session 6) Session 6  June 11 – Last Day -End of Year Party!
