$132.00 / Session.   $504.00/ for 1st semester. Come have fun exploring new art materials and techniques! Meet other young artists and find your favorite mediums.  We will paint, sculpt, draw, make 3 dimensional art, prints, and mixed media pieces. Come see what you can do! The Art Club for grades 3 -5 or age equivalent, will meet Mondays from 3:15 â 5:00.  Registration is for 4 weeks of classes, which is a âsession.â You may also sign up for a âsemester,â/ half year, and receive a discount. If you are registering for one session at a time you must renew your registration monthly by emailing Vandy at [email protected] or speaking to her directly on or before the third day of the current session so your childâs spot isnât filled by someone else. Epping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come) You will find the registration form at the link below.  Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student we will email you a âWalkersâ Releaseâ  before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school. *Please note   We follow the Epping SAU 14 school calendar for days off/snow days. This Class is Full Come and experience 3-dimensional art.  Sculptures can be made of so many things.  We will explore armature-making and plaster gauze wrapping to create animals in the Oaxacan wood-carving style.   Weâll learn about structure, balance, and unity while we construct animals from our individual visions. This is a 6-week class. This class meets on Tuesdays: Sept. 15, 22, 29, Oct. 6, 13, 20, from 11:00 â 12:15 (15 minutes allowed for clean up). If this day or time doesnât work for you, please email us to discuss creating another sculpture class or another class specific to your familyâs interests. Grades 1-8 or age equivalent. This club has rolling enrollment. 1 Session = $132.00 Come create your way!  Middle School Art Club is a social art group that is full of choice!  Students are shown tools and techniques and given some examples of the ways they are used and can then explore their own creativity.  The group is also shown examples of how art is powerful!  This feeds their creative self-esteem as they create for self-expression. Please reach out if you have questions about this group!  [email protected] Students walk down from the Epping Middle School on their own- to arrive at the Art Center around 2:30.  (Vandy will walk them down the first time â and again if requested) Students from districts other than Epping should be dropped off by 2:40. These sessions are available twice a month for a $15.00 studio  fee each night.  Basic clay instruction on clay hand-building and tool usage will be provided. (sorry no wheels)  Your fee is your studio fee, clay can be purchased for $5.50/ pound.  The clay fee includes the first firing in the kiln (bisque fire).  Later come to a Glaze Night. You pay a studio fee of $15.00. Your glaze fee is $5.50/pound of clay used. On this day your glaze fee will include glaze and glaze firing in the kiln to create your functional ceramic piece. This is drop-in first, come/first serve for spaces.  Cash is preferred but cards are accepted. *********WE NOW HAVE CLAY NIGHT 2 WEEKS IN A ROW SO YOU HAVE MORE TIME TO WORK ON A PROJECT!!! This Intro to Drawing class will bring students from âseeingâ things to learning to âlook.â Drawing does not depend on âtalentâ but on skill.  Students will learn the skills to construct what they see, then use the techniques of shading and texture to create a finished drawing.  With practice, students will be able to draw on their own and build their skills until they can capture the essence of their subject. We will be drawing animals from sketch to finished drawing. This class meets on Thursdays: Sept. 10, 17, 24, Oct. 1, 8, 15, from 11:00 â 12:00. If this day or time doesnât work for you, please email us to discuss creating another drawing class or another class specific to your familyâs interests. This class is for grades 1 â 6 or age equivalent. Older students are welcome if they are at the intro level. We are an EFA Vendor.  Please email for registration instructions if you will be using EFA funding: [email protected] Registration Deadline: EXTENDED Midnight  September 7th. As always, if the deadline has passed, email us for class space availability. Class cost is $132.00 for 6 weeks. There is a $15.00 materials fee.                                                          *Students will receive a set of drawing pencils to take home and keep for their continued drawing pleasure. Parents sometimes worry that drawing wonât hold their childâs interest for 6 weeks.  I have never found this to be a problem often, they wish they had more time! What can parents do while students are in class?  Feel free in good weather to picnic in our yard. Market Basket is only a 5-minute drive. The Brickyard Mall has restaurants, Michaels, Marshalls, Old Navy, Pet Smart, and others.  Starbucks is 3 minutes from the Art Center, as is Walmart and Lowes.  The Library is 2 minutes away on Main Street!

$88 â Cost for 4 week  Session             Whole Semester: $336.00 with discountThis Club is Full for Session 1  This group meets Wednesdays from 3:15 â 4:15.Come have fun, try new things and make fun projects!   We will experiment with new skills and materials, hear some stories and use our imaginations! Art Club for grades 1, 2 & 3 or age equivalent. (Kindergarten students can join on Thursdays in January â see the bottom of the page) We will meet Wednesdays from 3:15 â 4:15.  Epping Elementary students will be picked up and walked down from school by CCS Staff. Non-walker information below.   Parents are asked to come into the Art Center to pick up their child at 4:15.                                                  Our parking lot entrance is on Prospect St. Students who attend Epping Rec can be walked to Rec after Art Club for a $2.00/ week fee. Please email Vandy [email protected] to set up Rec Program drop off Register for a 4 week âSessionâ or a full âSemesterâ and receive a semester discount.                                If you are registering by session, you must renew your registration monthly by emailing Vandy at [email protected] or speaking to her directly on or before the 2nd day of the current session. Epping students will be picked up at school and walked down to the Arts Center by the Creative Community Space group leader.  Students should bring a snack to eat before we begin Art Club activities. Homeschooled students or students coming from other school districts should arrive at Creative Community Space by 3:40 (and eat a snack before they come) You will find the registration form at the link below.  Upon receiving your registration & payment for an Epping Elementary Student, we will email you a âWalkersâ Releaseâ  before your first session that will allow us to pick your child up at school. *Please note:  We follow the SAU 14 school calendar. Registration Deadline: ADVANCED REGISTRATION FOR FALL IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.  Please invite your child/youthâs friend to join Art Club. Cancellation Policy:  Advanced registration can be refunded in full by August 28th for the 1st Art Club session of the year.  Credit is given for a future activity or art club if cancellation is on or after Aug. 28th. No refunds after the 4-week session has begun.   If a refund is requested for a half-year registration, the refund will be prorated as if you had registered session to session up until the refund date. Registration deadlines for each session follow the above protocol.  The deadline is 2 weeks before a session begins.  Always feel free to email us and ask if there is space if the deadline has passed. There will be 1 make-up day offered/semester for Art Club days that may have been missed due to snow/school cancellation or teacher illness. Meeting space:  Art Club will meet in the indoor Gathering Space. During classes and Open Art at Creative Community Space masks are optional.
