Using live demonstrations and real-world examples, Bill will show what AI can do, what it can’t do, and why understanding its limits matters just as much as understanding its capabilities. Along the way, he will touch on current risks and concerns, including accuracy, bias, energy use, and the growing role AI plays in decisions that affect people. The Safe Place Bereavement Group is here to support you through the ups and downs of loss. Our group provides a welcoming environment where you can share your experiences, express your feelings, and learn coping strategies. While your grief is unique, finding comfort in connecting with others who face similar challenges can be reassuring. Grieving is a process that requires your attention, and there’s no single “right” way to do it. Though joining a grief group might feel daunting, many have discovered it to be an invaluable resource. Remember, you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. There are six classes in the series. Chair yoga class led by Linda Hopper, Mondays at 1 pm. Classes are donation-based. Registration is required for each date.  Dress in comfortable clothes that will allow you to move freely.  All participants must sign a Waiver of Liability prior to attending a class at the library. YOU ONLY NEED TO COMPLETE THIS FORM ONCE. Print copies are available at the library, or download the waiver to print, sign, and hand in to the library staff before entering the class.  Instructor bio Linda Hopper began her yoga journey in 1995. Since then, she has been certified to teach Kripalu yoga, Kundalini yoga, restorative yoga, energy medicine yoga, and meditation. Additionally, Linda is a Reiki master and an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) coach. Linda lives with her husband, John, in Center Harbor during the cooler months and on Bear Island in the summer.
