AGENDA PUBLIC HEARING Monday, March 23, 2026 at 6:00 PM Select Board Meeting Room at the Town House    Call meeting to order and introductions   Public Hearing – Proposed Zoning Amendment To rezone 15 Evans Road (Parcel No. U023-035-000) to be fully zoned as Family District. The property currently consists of two zoning districts: Family District for the first two-hundred feet in to the property from the front property line, and with all remaining property being zoned Rural District. This proposal is being put forward with support from the current property owners.   Adjourn

NOTICE OF MEETING ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT   Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Monday, April 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Select Board meeting room of the Town House, the Planning Board will hold one public hearings, as follows:   Minutes: of March 2 & March 16 (site walk) Continued Hearing - Case No. 1322 Bold Steps Behavioral Health, LLC.: A request for a Variance from §245-8, permitted uses in the Rural District, to permit the operation of a residential drug and alcohol facility in the Rural District. The properties are located at 468 Greenfield Road (Parcel Nos. R012-010-005 and R012-010-004), 16 Burke Road (Parcel No. R012-014-002), and 36 Burke Road (Parcel No. R012-014-202) located in the Rural District.
