All are welcome.  Just bring your craft be it knitting, crocheting, spinning, etc., and be prepared to meet lots of fun and interesting people!  We even have mini educational talks on requested topics! Jazz bands jam, rock bands jam, bluegrass players jams⌠why not a classical jam?? Strings, brass, woodwinds⌠Come join a classical music jam!!   Bring a piece or two of music to share, and sit in on the jam!   Bring your instrument, music (duo, trio, quartet, etc. or even a full orchestra arrangement) and a stand, be ready to share, and letâs play some classical music in an informal setting.   We jam once a month on the 4th Tuesday from 7 PM - 9 PM.   $5 suggested donation to Flemington DIY.  Donât have music, Donât have a stand?âŚ. Donât worry!  Just bring your instrument, and jam with us! Come share your talent and play! Take a break, relax, and listen to others.   Upcoming Tuesdays:   9/30 10/28 11/25 12/23 Classical is cool too!  See you at the jam!

Project 1000 Ministry of New Life Church will host an event at DIY on March 28th from 9:30-11:30am. The event aims to connect with the Flemington community by sharing who we are, providing information about local resources and having fun with the family.  We will provide spiritual counseling and fun activities such as storytelling, crafts, music and a puppet showâall designed to spread the message of Jesus' love, compassion and hope.

Join us for a community bird walk! Bring your binoculars and meet new friends (both feathered and not!) Where: Hoffman Park in Hampton NJ (Main entrance is 26 Baptist Church Road, Hampton 08827) When: Sunday, March 29th, 2026 from 8am to 10am. Who: This outing is hosted by Myllicent Felder from Sidney Ridge Nature Playschool, through Flemington DIY, a volunteer-run arts space in Flemington, NJ.   At 8am, we will meet at the parking lot close to the main entrance, and travel together as a group. There is no parking fee. There is a mix of paved and gravel paths, and a decline/incline. (From the brochure, âFrom the parking area, Hairpin Lane winds down a steep hill towards Mannyâs Pond. Once down the hill from Hairpin Lane, Hoffman Parkâs trails meander through woods and past ponds. Most of these trails are old gravel or paved roads that are flat and easyâ) There are no restrooms available at this location.Please bring your binoculars if you have!Running late? No problem. We will leave the meeting spot around 8:10am, and we move as fast as the slowest person, so we shouldnât be too far!If the weather is forecasted to be dangerous, Myllicent will reach out via email by 10am to confirm or cancel the outing.  https://www.flemingtondiy.org/bird/

Flemington QTs' 4th Annual Transgender Day of Visibility Celebration We Are Not Alone Suggested donation of $10 for mutual aid fund - No one will be turned away for lack of funds Doors open 6PM with a performance by the trans punk/emo band How I Became Invisible. Panel will begin at 6:45PM. Attendees will also have the opportunity to have their portraits taken by local QT photographer, Chris Ebel (she/they/he), or screenprint our TDOV design on a t-shirt or poster with DIY's Print Club. Please bring your own t-shirt or other item to print on. All welcome to attend as long as mutual understanding is your goal.
