Transform Anxiety into Happiness! A Fun and Interactive Experience Wed, May 7 from 6:30-8pm at the Montclair Womenâs Club (82 Union Street, Montclair, NJ) Light refreshments provided. Most of us have too much anxiety in our lives and not enough happiness, but what can we do about it? This engaging, fun and interactive i.WILL workshop experience will show you ways to transform anxiety into happiness. Chief Happiness Officer and Certified ICF Coach and Mentor Henna Sharma will share strategies for lasting happiness and ways to empower our emotions, and Joan Castellano will lead a Laughter Yoga session, a unique and uplifting experience of voluntary laughter designed to evoke joy and provide positive benefits. NJ i.WILL Chapter Chair Christy Burke of Burke & Company PR will host. This event is co-sponsored by  i.WILL and The Montclair Women's Club. Note: this is a non-therapeutic event which is open to adults and tweens/teens 10 and older who are accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Tickets: Adults age 18+ ($25 per person), Tweens/Teens age 10-17 ($10 per person), Discounted tickets for Montclair Womenâs Club Members ($20 per member).
