This program explores what brain health is and describes practical, evidence-based lifestyle strategies - such as exercise, sleep, and social engagement - that can help support brain health over time. Jenna Noecker, BSW serves as Programs and Services Coordinator at Alzheimer’s New Jersey and has been with the organization for over 3 years. Prior to Alzheimer’s New Jersey, Jenna worked with the homeless population and children with special needs through internships while attending Monmouth University.
